Here is How to Fix Epson Offline Printer?

The problem can be caused by your printer, computer, or wireless network. Do the following:

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Printers and Scanners.
  2. Right-click on the Epson printer in the list and select See what's printing.
  3. When a window pops up, select Printer from the bar at the top.
  4. From the drop-down menu, select Use Printer online.

Initialize Your Router

Unplug your router's power cord from the power outlet, wait a 10 Seconds, then plug it back in. Try to print.

Restart Your Computer

If you still can't print, restart your computer, then try printing again. If these steps do not resolve your problem, Reinstall Epson Software

Download the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package from the Downloads tab. Open the file you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions.
